Race equality and racism

The ability to handle sensitive subject matter led to a commission to produce a report highlighting the many different ways that Citizens Advice can promote race equality as well as the challenges and lessons learnt.

Download PDF DocumentThe report is used to cross-fertilise good practice and to communicate with government stakeholders and funders such as the Home Office and the DTI. Similar work for the same client includes a report on prisons, the probation service and courts.
